This London-based, award-winning Architects practice working internationally on arts, education, residential and urban design projects has built a reputation for the quality of its design for nearly 10 years. The managing director understood that clarity and strategic focus was a key requirement in developing the company for its next stage growth plan. What they required to achieve their objectives was someone who had experienced the same business journey  and could act as confidente adviser and mentor.

The Process…

After an initial meeting with the company to discuss their immediate challenges, Business Propeller analysed the organisation through a series of business diagnostic tools concentrating on the growth ambitions of the business owner. Through a series of face to face and  online sessions (that fitted around the busy schedule of the owner) Business Propeller; listened, fed back observations, set goals and helped implement key improvements.
